This is one of our faves, the kids really like it! It’s simple and an often ‘go to option’ when we “don’t have anything to eat…”

1 Bag of egg noodles (12 or 16 oz)
1 Can of tuna
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
Milk

Prepare the noodles as directed on the package. In your serving dish (microwave safe), mix the can of tuna with the cream of mushroom soup. Pour milk into the empty cream of mushroom soup can and add that to the tuna/soup mixture in the bowl. Drain the noodles and then add to the milk/tuna/soup mixture and stir it all together. Microwave for 6 minutes.

Weeknight Ravioli Bake
Sarah Nannenga

1 jar (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 C. water
2 pkg. (1 lb. each) frozen cheese ravioli
1 pkg (7 oz.) shredded Italian three cheese blend
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, and water. Spoon 1 cup onto bottom of 13×9″ pan. Layer half of the ravioli and 1 cup of shredded cheese over sauce mixture. Top with remaining ravioli and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then, uncover and bake 15 minutes or until ravioli is tender and heated through. Sprinkle with parmesan, let stand 5-10 minutes.

Crock Pot Chocolate Cake
Shelly Wessels

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 – 3 oz. box instant chocolate pudding
1 – 8 oz. carton sour cream (lite works, fat free doesn’t)
4 beaten eggs
3/4 C. oil
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. Water

Mix BY HAND until all is blended. Pour into Pam sprayed crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours, stir, and then 1 hour on low. Serve hot. Drizzle with caramel sauce or raspberry sauce, ice cream, cool whip, chopped nuts, or any sundae topping options. It’s as decadent as it sounds! Guests can serve themselves and choose their own toppings.

1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese

You can melt this together on the stove or in the microwave. Stays heated in the crock-pot really well. Serve with fresh buns or my kids eat it on bread as well. This is great for a busy week. Hot sandos for lunch or a couple night’s worth of meat for sandwiches for supper. Reheats easily or in crock-pot. Serves many many many.
