The #1 Priority of Developing Others

23 Feb

Never work alone.

If you want to pass something on to others, be sure to take someone with you.

Paul chose Silas and left, commended by the believers to the grace of the Lord. He went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the churches.
-Acts 15:40-41

Your tendency will be to lecture or have question and answer sessions to teach followers.  But the best way for someone to learn is be along side someone, perfecting the craft, so that they may be able to pass it along as well.

Question: What is something you are doing that you would like to pass along? Click here to reply.

Good post, Ben! Since I am into coaching, I like to help those who have the call to coach others.

That’s great, Jon. What are some ways you help your kids absorb faith?
